Edward M. McNally will participate in a panel webinar titled, “Delaware Corporate Law: Analyzing Significant Cases, New Statutes and Impact on Corporate Practice” hosted by Strafford Seminar. Two other panel members will join Mr. McNally on June 1, 2017 from 1:00pm-2:30pm EDT, 10:00am-11:30am PDT. This CLE webinar will examine the most significant 2016 court decisions and statutory amendments affecting Delaware corporate law, and how these changes can affect corporate articles and bylaws, board decision-making, mergers and acquisitions, and shareholder derivative actions going forward. The panel will also address the proposed 2017 amendment allowing the issuance and trading of blockchain shares.

Edward M. McNally is a partner in Morris James Corporate and Business Law groups.  He has more than 40 years of experience applying Delaware law. Mr. McNally is recognized for his knowledge of Delaware law having represented clients in jury and bench trials in virtually every type of business dispute before the Federal District Court, the Delaware Superior Court, the Delaware Supreme Court, and the Court of Chancery.
