Keith E. Donovan, a partner in Morris James Dover office, has been elected President of the Delaware Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) for fiscal year 2010. The purpose of ABOTA is to foster improvement in the ethical and technical standards of practice in the field of advocacy. ABOTA's mission focuses on elevating the standards of integrity, honor and courtesy in the legal profession while aiding in the further education and training of trial lawyers.
