Partner Eric Monzo will be speaking at ABI's Winter Leadership Conference 2021 Panel: "Pre-Bankruptcy Planning and Use of Asset-Protection Vehicles: Domestic Asset-Protection Trusts, Offshore Trusts, and More". He will discuss recent decisions intersecting bankruptcy ad trust law, including matters relevant to his practice and first-hand experience. This panel will examine the effective and proper use of asset-protection vehicles for pre-bankruptcy planning.
The annual conference will take place December 9 through December 11 at Terranea Resort in Rancho Palos Verdes, California, and features topics designed for consumer and business practitioners, as well as financial advisors.
