Congratulations to Morris James (Debtor’s counsel), together with Gavin/Solmonese (Debtor’s Chief Restructuring Officer), Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton (Counsel for the Creditors’ Committee), and Whiteford Taylor & Preston (Counsel for the purchaser), won the Special Situation M&A Deal of the Year (SM deal) for the sale of substantially all of the assets of Masten Space Systems Sale to Astrobotic Technology in Masten’s Chapter 11 case.
