Morris James Partner John W. Noble will join a roundtable of experts to discuss “Telling Your Company’s Story: The Board’s Role in Disclosure,” on October 24, 2017 at the University of Delaware’s Newark campus. The topics being discussed relate to the recent increase in attention from regulators, shareholders and others — on the role of the board of directors in telling a company’s story through disclosure oversight and engagement. Attendance is free of charge, but seating is limited, and those planning to attend should register by Oct. 13 at this website.

John W. Noble served as a Vice Chancellor of Delaware’s Court of Chancery from 2000 until 2016 and is now a Partner in Morris James’s corporate and commercial litigation group. His practice focuses on advising boards of directors and shareholders on corporate governance matters. He is also active in alternative dispute resolution, including mediation and arbitration.
