Morris James is pleased to welcome new associate Cortlan S. Hitch to its Intellectual Property Group. Cortlan concentrates his practice on patent litigation, trademark litigation, and intellectual property counseling. Before joining Morris James, Cortlan was a Summer Legal Intern with Wade Clark Mulcahy, LLP in New York, and he provided volunteer counseling at the New York City Health and Hospitals Corporation.

The intellectual property group at Morris James actively practices patent litigation in the USDC for the District of Delaware. The practice represents clients in a broad range of intellectual property disputes across numerous industries.
