Adele F. Hoddinott

Adele Hoddinott is the Real Estate Practice Coordinator. She has over 30 years of commercial real estate, title and corporate experience assisting with all aspects of the firm’s real estate law practice, including commercial and residential development projects, commercial, residential, and multi-family acquisition and sale transactions, in addition to handling multiple commercial loan and other real estate financing transactions. She is a project-minded professional with a superior work ethic. She works directly with clients to maintain a strong client development relationship.

Adele assists with all aspects of a transaction, including the preparation of purchase agreements and other documents, due diligence review, the review, analysis and resolution of title and survey issues, and organizing and assisting with transaction closings. She also has experience in the area of land use and has worked closely with state and local municipalities. Adele coordinates the preparation of real estate conveyance documents and performs real property searches for several departments in the firm.

Prior to Morris James, Adele attended Goldey Beacom College and Widener University Delaware Law School.
