Morris James LLP is pleased to announce that Ross Antonacci has joined the firm as a Partner.

Ross Antonacci focuses his practice on advising banks, trust companies and other financial institutions in sophisticated domestic and cross-border asset backed securitizations and other structured finance transactions. He also has extensive experience in the use of Delaware corporate and alternative entities in complex commercial transactions and in providing third-party legal opinions in such matters. Ross is admitted to practice in Delaware, Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Prior to joining Morris James, he practiced with the law firm of Dorsey & Whitney LLP.
David H. Williams, the managing partner of Morris James, stated that the firm's partners are excited by the new opportunities Ross Antonacci will bring to the Business Transactions Group. He also indicated Morris James continues to look for lawyers to expand its intellectual property and corporate transactions practice groups.
