Morris James is pleased to announce that Shannon Frazier will serve as Secretary of the Corporate Counsel Section of the Delaware State Bar Association for 2010-2011.
Shannon is an associate in the Business and Commercial Transactions Practice group. She focuses her practice on transactional matters, rendering legal advice to Delaware business entities in the areas of formation, operation and governance of statutory and common law trusts, limited liability companies, partnerships, and corporations. She also represents banks, trustees, financial institutions and other parties in securitization, private equity, structured finance and secured transactions.
Shannon graduated cum laude from Tulane University Law School in 2000. After graduation, she served as an extern for the Honorable Joseph C. Wilkenson, Jr., in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana.
Shannon is admitted to practice in Delaware and the United States District Court for the District of Delaware. She is a member of the American and Delaware State Bar Associations.
