Morris James Welcomes New Associate to Injury Law Practice

Morris James is pleased to announce the addition of Justin Weeks as an Associate in the firm’s Injury Law practice. Justin focuses his practice on injury law, notably representing plaintiffs in personal injury litigation matters, including motor vehicletruck, and motorcycle accidents, products liability, and workers' compensation matters. He is committed to his client's success by providing exceptional legal representation with integrity and dedication.

Prior to joining Morris James, Justin served as an Deputy Attorney General for the Delaware Department of Justice. His work included prosecuting criminal misdemeanor offenses in the Court of Common Pleas for Kent and Sussex County. Justin also served as a judicial law clerk for the Delaware Superior Court. 

Admitted to practice in Delaware and Maryland, Justin obtained his Juris Doctor degree, with honors, from Widener University Law School. He earned both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science degree from Wilmington University. 

In the year 2004, Justin enlisted in the United States Air Force Reserves and served nine years as an aerospace maintenance technician. While there, he was assigned active duty twice and deployed overseas.
