Morris James Welcomes New Associate, Expands Legislative Practice

Morris James is pleased to announce the addition of Tyler Maron as an Associate in the firm’s Government Relations and Regulatory practices. Tyler expects to focus on land use, healthcare, and energy matters. Tyler is a lifelong Delawarean. “Clients always appreciate the type of insights into state government Tyler has developed over the years,” explained firm Partner, Kim Hoffman. Regulatory and Government Relations clients routinely ask that the firm pursue changes in Delaware law, more favorable regulatory treatment, and approvals. Tyler will also assist with transactional matters that follow a successful approval process.

Tyler earned his Juris Doctor degree at Wake Forest University School of Law, and his B.S., cum laude from Wake Forest University. Upon graduation from law school, he served as an intern to both Senator Chris Coons and Governor John Carney, working directly with the Governor’s Policy Advisor. Tyler is licensed to practice law in Delaware.
