Adele F. Hoddinott is a Practice Coordinator in the real estate practice group. Adele has over 30 years of commercial real estate, title and corporate experience assisting with all aspects of the firm’s real estate law practice, including commercial and residential development projects, commercial, residential, and multi-family acquisition and sale transactions, and commercial loan and other real estate financing transactions. She assists with all aspects of a transaction, including the preparation of purchase agreements and other documents, due diligence review, the review, analysis and resolution of title and survey issues, and organizing and assisting with transaction closings. Adele also has experience in the area of land use and has worked closely with state and local municipalities. She also coordinates the preparation of real estate conveyance documents and performs real property searches for several departments in the firm. Adele attended Goldey Beacom College and Widener University School of Law, Wilmington campus.
