Overview

Mike Dingerdissen is uniquely qualified to represent clients in the areas of tax, estate planning, trust administration, and strategic business planning. As part of the Tax, Estates and Business Practice, he assists businesses and individuals with various matters, including strategic business & succession planning, tax planning & controversies, stock & asset acquisitions, including private equity transactions, wealth transfer & estate planning. 

Mike has gained a wide range of experience throughout his career, including most recently serving as Vice President and Senior Trust Officer at The Goldman Sachs Trust Company, where he focused on managing and administering trusts, estates, and other fiduciary accounts for Goldman Sachs Private Wealth Management clients. During his tenure, Mike provided comprehensive advice to a wide range of clients, including international and domestic high net worth individuals and their families, private trust companies, family offices, foundations, and corporations. By leveraging the resources of Goldman Sachs, Mike provided clients with customized solutions related to charitable and philanthropic planning, asset protection, private banking and lending services, and income tax planning. With his background in trust services and fiduciary management, Mike also assisted and provided inclusive estate planning advice to optimize federal and state tax-efficient strategies to meet clients' long-term goals.

Mike received his Juris Doctor degree and LL.M. in Taxation from Villanova University School of Law and his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, cum laude, from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business, where he double majored in both finance and accounting. He currently serves as an alumni interviewer for Georgetown University as part of the Alumni Admissions Program.

Mike is admitted to practice in Delaware, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and the U.S. District and Bankruptcy Courts for the Eastern, Middle, and Western Districts of Pennsylvania and the District of New Jersey. He is also a Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor (CTFA), a designation from the American Bankers Association.
