Morris James is delighted to welcome Michael Dingerdissen as our newest Associate joining the firm's Tax, Estates & Business Practice. Mike will practice principally in the areas of tax, estate planning, trust administration, and strategic business planning.

“We are proud to have Mike join our group," noted Bruce Tigani, who chairs the Tax, Estates & Business Practice. “Mike combines a depth of knowledge in complex private wealth planning for high net worth clients with an exceptional work ethic and cognitive ability. Mike is an integral addition to our practice and looks forward to working diligently to serve our clients."

Mike has gained a wide range of experience throughout his career, including for the last 5 years as Vice President and Senior Trust Officer at Goldman Sachs Trust Company. In that role, he provided comprehensive planning advice to high net worth clients of Goldman Sachs Private Wealth Management to both optimize tax-efficient strategies and achieve their long-term goals, in addition to administering related trusts, estates, foundations, and other fiduciary accounts.

During law school, Mike held several noteworthy internships, including working as an Enforcement Division Intern in the Student Honors Legal Program offered by the Securities & Exchange Commission and as an Extern in the Office of Chief Counsel for the Internal Revenue Service. Mike received his Juris Doctor degree and LL.M. in Taxation from Villanova University School of Law and his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, cum laude, from Georgetown University where he double majored in both finance and accounting. While at Villanova Law, he successfully earned the Dean’s Merit Scholarship, an award given in recognition of consistent academic excellence.

Mike is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and the U.S. District and Bankruptcy Courts for the Eastern, Middle and Western Districts of Pennsylvania and the District of New Jersey.
