Micherie A. Green

Micherie A. Green is a senior Paralegal in Morris James’ Business Transactions, Strategic Planning and Counseling Practice. She has over 20 years of experience in various commercial and finance transactions.

Micherie assists Morris James’ attorneys in the structuring and organization of statutory and common law trusts, limited liability companies, and other Delaware business entities in commercial and business transactions such as leveraged leases and asset-backed securitizations. In connection with Morris James’ transactional practices, Micherie regularly assists with the preparation of complicated legal opinions on matters concerning Delaware law, and generally handles all document management for each transaction. She has extensive experience in transactions involving various asset-backed securities as well as commercial and private aircraft.

In addition, Micherie routinely handles a variety of corporate filings with the office of the Secretary of State of the State of Delaware, certification of documents for use in foreign countries, Uniform Commercial Code filings in the State of Delaware and corporate recordkeeping.
