Ryan Carreon

Ryan Carreon is a litigator in the Bankruptcy and Restructuring group. He focuses his practice on federal bankruptcy litigation.

Ryan represents interested parties in commercial and corporate disputes that arise within Chapter 11 proceedings. 

Ryan joins Morris James with several years of experience as a Federal court litigator primarily focusing on intellectual property matters, licensing agreements, and appellate cases. Some notable cases include representing the work of photographer Annie Leibovitz in various copyright infringement matters; litigating an idea theft case involving the hit BBC America television series "Orphan Black"; litigating a trademark infringement case against R&B artist Chris Brown; and litigating a right of publicity case involving Chris Soules of ABC's "The Bachelor". Prior to law school, Ryan worked as a staff writer and editor for a digital media company.
