Morris James partner Lewis H. Lazarus will partake in a CLE sponsored by the Corporation Law Section of the Delaware State Bar Association titled "Recent Developments in Delaware Corporate Law: Transactional and Litigation Perspectives." The CLE will consist of two panels, one focusing on transactions and the other on litigation. The transactional panel is titled "The Client Wants to Buy a Company: How to Manage Applicable Delaware Law," and the litigation panel is titled "Corporate Litigation from Start to Finish." Lewis Lazarus will moderate the two panels along with Ellisa O. Habbart.
The CLE will be held on Thursday, May 28, 2015 from 1:00PM - 5:15PM and will count as 4.0 hours CLE credit for Delaware and Pennsylvania attorneys. It will be live in New Castle County at Delaware State Bar Association, and live via webcast in Sussex County at Tunnell & Raysor, 30 E. Pine St., Georgetown, DE.
