As part of our pro bono efforts, Morris James lawyers work for the Office of the Child Advocate. Our lawyers provide legal representation of dependent, neglected, and abused children in civil family court proceedings and engage in legislative advocacy for this agency charged with safeguarding the welfare of Delaware’s children.
