Lewis Lazarus is a Partner in the Morris James' Corporate and Commercial Litigation Group. He focuses his practice on corporate governance and commercial matters in the Delaware Court of Chancery. His alternative dispute resolution experience includes service as an arbitrator in complex commercial disputes and as a mediator for corporate and commercial disputes, often at the request of parties or the Court for matters in the Court of Chancery.
