Court of Chancery Awards Fees for Disclosures
Augenbaum v. Forman, C.A. No. 1569-N, 2006 WL 1716916 (Del. Ch. June 21, 2006). In this decision, the Court of Chancery awarded $225,000 in attorney fees for the additional disclosures that the plaintiff achieved as part of the settlement of litigation attacking a merger.Tags: Attorney Fees, Case Summaries
