Morris James Elects James A. Landon and Jonathan G. Strauss as Partners
Morris James LLP is pleased to announce that James A. Landon and Jonathan G. Strauss have been elected partners effective January 1, 2016.

James A. Landon is a member of the firm’s Real Estate Group. He focuses on real estate transactions and land use representing individuals and privately and publicly held companies, in the purchase, sale, leasing, financing, and development of real property. Mr. Landon is a graduate of Widener School of Law (now known as Delaware Law School) and is admitted to practice law in Delaware and New Jersey. Jonathan G. Strauss is a member of the firm’s Business Transactions Group. He counsels clients on the use of limited liability companies, statutory and common law trusts, partnerships, and other entities in complex financing transactions, and provides third-party legal opinions regarding Delaware law. Mr. Strauss is a graduate of The Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law and is admitted to practice law in Delaware, New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
