Lewis Lazarus and Kirsten Zeberkiewicz Participate in DSBA Corporation Law Section Seminar

Corporate and Commercial Litigation Partner Lewis H. Lazarus and Counsel Kirsten Zeberkiewicz will participate in a panel discussion for the DSBA Corporation Law Council annual seminar on June 9th.

Lewis will moderate the discussion entitled "Delaware Corporate Law Decisions: A Conversation with Practitioners and Delaware’s Chief Justice Seitz." The Panel will discuss recent significant corporate law decisions from the Delaware Supreme Court and the Delaware Court of Chancery. Kirsten along with Delaware's Chief Justice Seitz and other distinguished Delaware practitioners will discuss trends resulting from the Delaware Courts' recent corporate law decisions.

The Corporate Law Section promotes the objectives of the Delaware State Bar Association concerning the law governing corporations and other forms of business organization. Responsibility for leading the Section rests with the Section’s Council and officers. The Council and the Section’s LLC and Partnership Committee are responsible for formulating and recommending to the Delaware General Assembly, after approval by the DSBA, amendments to the Delaware General Corporation Law, the Delaware Limited Liability Company Act, the Delaware Revised Uniform Limited Partnership Act, and the Delaware Revised Uniform Partnership Act.
