District Court Grants Motion to Reopen and Vacates Stipulation of DismissalMoney Centers of America, Inc. v. Regen, 2005 WL 2663709, (D.Del., October 17, 2005). Plaintiffs brought a Motion to Vacate Dismissal and Enforce Settlement Agreement. Defendants contended the court lacked subject matter jurisdiction to rule on the Motion.
