Eric Hacker is an experienced trial and appellate attorney within the firm’s Corporate and Commercial Litigation practice group. He represents clients in matters of corporate governance, and fiduciary and business litigation. Eric also counsels clients on business structures, draft agreements, and best practices. His overall approach is to work with clients to identify and discover creative solutions for their unique needs.
Ross Karsnitz is a civil litigation attorney who assists clients with a wide variety of matters including personal injury, workers' compensation, catastrophic injury, and boating accident matters in Delaware. Having been raised in Sussex County Delaware, he has a unique advantage in understanding and advocating for the needs of his Delaware clients. Ross has an extensive trial background having litigated in all of Delaware Courts, handling high-profile criminal and personal injury matters.
