Morris James is once again recognized as a leading Delaware law firm for its preeminence, achievements and client service in the practice areas of bankruptcy/restructuring, chancery, labor & employment, and real estate. Additionally, 13 Morris James attorneys were ranked among the best in Delaware for their practices in the areas of bankruptcy/restructuring, chancery, intellectual property, labor & employment, land use, and real estate. 

The Bankruptcy and Creditors' Rights Group is recognized for its experience in every type of bankruptcy case and great rapport with the Delaware judges. Clients especially noted the team's work on behalf of Chapter 11 debtors, acquirers of distressed assets, and contentious matters including fraudulent transfers and preferences. One client noted, "the firm is large enough to have the required experience across a number of areas but still small enough to allow for a very strong level of service."
