Morris James Announces 2024 Summer Associate Program

Now Accepting Resumes of 2L Candidates!

Morris James is proud to announce the launch of its 2024 Summer Associate program within our Wilmington office! The program will provide law students an opportunity to learn from and work with our talented attorneys across multiple practice groups. Curious and passionate 2L law students are welcome to apply.  

"Navigating the legal landscape can be difficult, and it's the goal of this program to expose strong candidates not only to the opportunities Morris James has to offer but to the benefits of practicing in Delaware." Says Jen Lucas- Ross, Director of Attorney Recruitment and Professional Development.

This is an eight-week program starting in May 2024. Accepted associates should anticipate receiving the following:

• Firm mentorship
• Substantive work from various practice groups
• Meaningful and constructive feedback on assignments
• Programs  to aid in professional development
• Fun Firm social events
• Visits and collaborations with Morris James’ offices throughout Delaware
